Dr Davie Vive Kananda

FOUNDER AND CEO

Davie has been in the care industry since 1971, qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1974 – to Senior Educational Manager within the NHS. During this period, he has gained extensive managerial, clinical, educational and care practice experience. He has been the driving force behind the group. As CEO he is based at Head Office but takes a very hands-on approach to all operational matters. He visits the homes regularly, meeting with all Residents, Managers and the homes staff.

Stuart Vive Kananda

Managing Director

Stuart is a dedicated and compassionate Director with a proven track record in the senior care industry. With over 15 years of experience, Stuart has consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for residents. As the Managing Director of Netto Care, Stuart oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for all residents and supporting the management team. With a hands-on approach, Stuart collaborates with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to address the unique needs of each resident. Stuart’s leadership style is characterised by a strong emphasis on empathy, respect, and open communication. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that Netto Care will always remain at the forefront of innovative and person-centred care practices. Dedicated to fostering a culture of dignity, compassion, and joy for residents and their families, Stuart aims to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those entrusted to the care of Netto Care.

Natalie Vive Kananda

Development Director

Born into a nurturing environment, Natalie spent their formative years surrounded by the compassionate ethos of their parents’ care home. Raised amidst the tapestry of empathy and understanding, Natalie developed a profound appreciation for the value of relationships and the importance of providing support to those in need. This unique upbringing instilled in them a deep sense of responsibility and fuelled their commitment to fostering a sense of family within the care community. Now, as an advocate for compassionate care, Natalie continues to draw upon their rich upbringing to create environments where individuals are not just residents but cherished members of an extended, caring family. With a diverse background studying Law and Social Sciences, as well as a career in care homes and experience in a recruitment environment, Natalie brings a unique skill set to our Care Homes. Her legal and social science knowledge enhances their ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations and understand the intricacies of human behaviours, creating an environment that prioritises residents’ well-being. Natalie’s recruitment experience contributes to effective staff management, ensuring a positive work culture that aligns with the values of compassionate care. In essence, Natalie’s diverse background and unwavering commitment uniquely position them to make a meaningful impact in the Care Home industry.

Raj Batsola

Head of People and Culture

In the realm of People & Culture, Raj leverages his extensive 17-year background in healthcare, education, and hospital settings as an experienced industrialist. Armed with a robust skill set encompassing people training & development, Planning, ITM, and Strategic Planning, he brings a strategic and human-centric approach to people and culture. As a seasoned Management Human Resource Professional with an MBA from a leading UK University, Raj excels in optimising HR processes, nurturing talent, and implementing innovative solutions to drive organisational success and employee satisfaction. He also earned a Research PhD with a focus on Economics and Education from a prestigious UK University. Raj’s commitment to harmonising business objectives with the human element positions him as great support in steering the People & Culture department toward excellence.

Nicol Lojimit

FINANCE MANAGER

Nicol Lojimit is a seasoned Finance Manager with over a decade of experience in the banking sector before joining Netto Group, having held senior executive roles in one of Asia’s leading banks that have honed his expertise in financial management and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in finance and business, Nicol earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from UiTM University, where he cultivated a comprehensive understanding of global markets and business operations. Having dedicated his career to the financial realm, Nicol has demonstrated a keen aptitude for navigating complex financial landscapes, optimising fiscal performance, and implementing effective financial strategies to drive growth and profitability. Beyond his professional pursuits, Nicol maintains a commitment to continuous learning and remains abreast of evolving industry trends, ensuring a forward-thinking approach in his financial strategies and decisions.

Elliott Williams

Estates Manager

A brief background leading Elliott into his current role began when he started working with additional needs within the community. He then moved into a more challenging position within the accident and emergency department as an emergency support worker, specifically in the Majors and resus rooms. Following this, Elliott embarked on an 8-year career within the British Army, involving travel and deployments to various locations overseas. This experience allowed him to enhance and hone a multitude of skills that are now transferrable to his current role. Elliott strongly believes in ensuring that residents benefit from the environment around them, striving to create a positive and comforting surrounding for them to live in. Whether leading a team or working alone, his goal is to deliver a positive experience for individuals to prosper from.

Kelly Wood

Procurement

With more than 16 years in the Care Industry, Kelly is dedicated to continuous improvement bringing passion and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Kelly’s collaborative approach combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, she brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and drive to Netto Care.

She is originally from London and now settled in sunny Southend on Sea. Her interests include travelling, eating out and spending time with her family and two dogs.
