  2. Book a Private Tour: Experience our home firsthand by booking a private tour with either our dedicated Customer Relationship Manager or Home Manager. During the tour, you’ll explore our luxurious facilities and have a detailed discussion about the specific care needs you are looking for.
  3. Pre-admission Assessment: A qualified team member from our home will conduct a thorough pre-admission assessment. This assessment is designed to confirm that we can meet all the unique care needs of your loved one, ensuring a tailored and comprehensive care plan.

Personalised Welcome On the assessment day, we take note of your preferences and choices during a warm welcome. Our cordial and supportive staff members ensure you feel embraced, assisting you in settling into your new home.

Individualised Support and Familiar Environment: We offer individualized support tailored to address specific needs and preferences, including mealtime choices that involve family members. Department heads personally greet you, taking note of your preferences to create a welcoming atmosphere. To make the surroundings familiar, we provide guided tours on your welcome day, understanding that this transition might be stressful for some. Depending on your preference, we respect your need for privacy during the settling-in process, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Dining

We measure success by the satisfaction of our residents, and nowhere is this truer than in our dining rooms. As a home from home we pride ourselves on the high standard of appetising meals served. Each is prepared from high-quality fresh produce by our qualified catering staff, and just like at home, the focus is on good, honest, nutritious food. It’s this approach which ensures our residents feel cherished and cared for, and vitally maintains and often improves their health.

Our caring staff quickly become knowledgeable of our resident’s preferences, and any specific dietary needs are recorded within each resident’s personal Care Plan. Menus are always displayed, and residents enjoy an extensive choice for each meal. Added to this we also serve a tempting selection of home baking, perfect for a spot of afternoon tea. Our catering staff are delighted to cater for any special celebrations, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
